Following the launch of our new match kit on the first weekend of October – we are delighted to announce the launch of our new kit supplier.

Akuma Sports are a British brand that produce teamwear kit and stash for many rugby clubs across the UK. They have a great choice of kit for minis, juniors and seniors in both men's and women's fit. Many of our teams have used them previously over the years for tour kit.

Changing kit supplier feels like quite a big step and it wasn’t taken lightly but hopefully we will all be happy with the decision. Below a few questions that might help our members when placing an order.

How do I order?
The process to order kit is very straight forward via the website and delivery times are between 3 - 4weeks. If you would like to order a bulk delivery via your age group admin please discuss within your groups and with your admin to arrange. Your admin will then reach out to Akuma.

Replica Match Kit
Our bespoke match kit is available on the website in senior and mini/junior sizes. There will be a couple of ordering windows throughout the year – this is because this is a bespoke item that is ever evolving over the season depending on our current kit sponsors. The current ordering window is open until the 12th November. There will be another ordering opportunity in the new year.

Can I try before I buy?
Our representative from Akuma will be at the club on the evening of Thursday 23rd October from 6pm. He will have example sizes of kit for you to try on. If you can’t make it on that evening - we will also keep a small supply of minis and juniors ‘trying on kit’ at the club after this to help you decide on sizes.

Can I return items to Akuma if they don’t fit?
Akuma will accept non personalised items for return or exchange but do not cover the cost of postage.

What about socks and ties?
We will hold a stash of socks and ties behind the bar for you to buy. There are large socks available immediately to buy and smaller sizes and ties will be available very soon.

Will there still be Second Hand Kit sales?
Yes, as long as we have second hand kit handed in (red-bin in clubhouse) we will continue to hold second hand kit sales. We will also soon have a few remaining items from our previous supplier available to sell as well.
