Fullerians good form continued with a magnificent seven try victory over Aylesbury on Saturday afternoon at Coningesby Drive.
First half tries from Rich McCabe, Liam Mann and a brace from ever present Liam Boyd ensure the try bonus point was secured before the break, Dan Evans kicked two of the four conversions in blustery conditions as Fullers went in 24-12 at half time as the visitors could only respond with two, one of which was converted.
The huge sponsors lunch crowd were delighted with the performance and Fullers continued the onslaught in the second half with skipper Ben Matchett, top scorer George Harvey and James Maher further extending the lead with excellent team tries, Evans slotted the first with two slipping wide in the wind.
Aylesbury got consolation try at the death.
This win puts Fullers up to 7th just 3 points below Aylesbury in sixth and Fullers have a game in hand, to avoid the drop and ensure safety Fullers need a win from their final 3 games or persistent defeats for the team below, two of which we are due to play in the coming weeks.
