Todays visitors Beaconsfield come to Coningesby Drive in search of their first win since 15th October when they last beat London Irish Wild Geese, since then they’ve played 11 games in which 7 of those fixtures they’ve come away with a losing bonus point, they share the only draw in the league this season with ourselves in the thrilling 27-27 game at theirs back in November.
In that same period Fullers have secured 3 wins including the double over last weeks opponents Windsor and 3 losing bonus points this side of Christmas against 3 of the top 5 sides in the league.
Fullers remain largely unchanged this week, which is very unusual it has to be said these days, Shaun Smith comes back in for Liam Mann in the centre, with James Maher moving to 13 and captain Ben Matchett swaps in with Toby Lambert at 9.
Ever present Liam Boyd starts his 18th consecutive games of the season, a feat not matched by any other Fullerians player this season.
Meanwhile, George Harvey will be looking to add to his try count having crossed the line twice against today opponents earlier in the season, he currently leads the try count by one to Richard McCabe and two to Kieran Cavanagh who is looking to extend his 3 tries in 3 games current run.
The club will be very busy and a bumper crowd expected with a full lunch in the clubhouse for the John & Gwen Memorial.
This should be a very entertaining game for sure so why not try and get down and support your club!
