It should not be forgotten that this
annual fixture between Fullers and Hemel commemorates Chris Windsor, a
man who did so much for Fullerians in many different ways and who was
instrumental in the success of the mini and junior sections.
The Windsor Cup drew a large contingent from Fullerians with twenty six players declaring themselves available and all raring for a game. Unfortunately the Hemel could only raise fourteen players. The game started at a high pace (which was continued throughout the game) with Fullers immediately on the attack.
