Fullerians Under 9's Finalists at Tring Festival

Fullers U9's had their best set of results to date in this their first season of contact rugby.

For once, they hit the ground running in their group game, beating strong opposition 1-0 with a try in the last drive of the game. This was followed up by 6-0, 1-1, 3-1 and 2-2 set of results which ensured that they topped their group. They then went straight to the winners final where they met Hertford but lost 3-1.

They standard of play was excellent, the commitment superb and their discipline and sportsmanship something to be proud of, So, after 7 hours in the sunshine they walked away with medals and a trophy and were all very happy children (and parents and coaches).
